With such a diverse geography, Eastern Europe is bound to have many different cultures and settlements shaped to their different landscape features. For example, many civilizations base their settlements around the Mediterranean because it provides trade and transportation making most of their settlements port towns. They create a culture that appreciates the sea and it becomes an integral part of their lives. Eastern Europe is full of such diverse, fertile, and rich lands it is truly a wonder of the world.
